一、 长相过关，一般表情温和的女孩子都比较受小朋友喜欢，长相不要过于奇特，宝宝接受起来会容易些。

二、 声音悦耳，大嗓门或者声音沙哑的都不太适合，年龄小的孩子对声音都比较敏感，甜美的声音会更容易获得宝宝的好感。

三、 要有耐心，一些问题宝宝可能会让引导员费尽心思才能出效果，没有耐心很难做好这份工作。
