1、首先是服装：一般建议大拖尾＋齐地婚纱各1套，因为外景拍摄的时间比较紧，白纱其实拍出来效果都是差不多的，与其浪费时间在化装和换衣服上，不如多拍些片片合算哈。 如果还想拍摄一套情侣照片的话，可以多参考下时装杂志自己搭配下衣服的颜色。

2、然后是头发：要在拍摄前一天清洗头发，清洗后记得不要涂抹任何造型产品（发泥、发蜡、发胶等等），如果需要调整发型及发色，请事先和摄影师做一下沟通。头发拍摄前最好保持直发，方便化装师造型。首饰如果你有大款的就带着，普通大小或细小的就别带了。原本染发的MM记得一定要补染，因为照片中头发的分界是会很明显的，特别是阳光强的时候。

3、再然后是体毛：拍摄前，要把拍照时将会露出及比较明显的体毛（腋毛、腿毛、手臂及后背的毛发）清除掉，可以在拍摄前一天晚上刮好，刮好后使用润肤露，可以舒缓一下肌肤。

5、接着是皮肤：拍摄前三天不要去做挑痘痘、挤黑头，因为拍摄当天的妆要保持一整天，化妆品会使伤口感染的。拍摄前一天或化妆之前可以使用具有保湿作用的面膜，或者是去美容院做个去死皮、角质的护理，为了安全起见，尽量不要用具有美白、祛皱、控油等有特殊功效的，或以前没试过的面膜，不然过敏的话。。。。。。还有，夏天拍摄前一定要在皮肤暴露在外的地方涂上高指数的防晒霜，以免晒伤。

6、再接着内衣：要按照自己选的婚纱的款式去选择内衣，注意内衣的颜色，不要走 光哦！（肉色为最佳选择）。夏天穿条浅色的紧身运动内裤（跳健美操那种）会非常方便，换婚纱和做某些动作时不会担心走光哦；天气凉快的话新娘们可以在婚纱里穿一条宽松的裤子，这样方便做摄影师要求的各种动作。自己带的便装像裙子最好是颜色较鲜艳有腰身的。
